St. Aloysius Institutions ‘Listening Centre’ — the Counselling Centre

Inaugurated in 2016, the St. Aloysius Institutions ‘Listening Centre’ — the Counselling Centre has been of immense help to the general public as well as students in progressing childrens' natural capabilities as well as fulfilling their emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs.

Shalini Aiyappa, Head of the Department of Psychology and Research Centre, has played a key role in setting up the centre. The college's vision for the centre embraces diversity and plurality.

The centre also also doubles up as a platform for learning for children with learning disabilities and academic issues.

Research says that listening and talking have a therapeutic advantage and that is what the St Aloysius College Listening Centre seeks to impart.

The centre has a large panel of expert, well-trained counsellors round the clock. Call 0824-2449702, 2449706 or 2449707 for appointments.
